Welcome to the Harvard Club of Broward County Website!

The Harvard Club of Broward County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves the interests of Harvard University, its graduates, students and their parents throughout Broward County.  We welcome your membership and participation whether you reside in South Florida permanently or on a part-time basis.

We are busy planning upcoming events for the year and hope they will stimulate your interest and encourage your participation.  Please be sure to check our events calendar frequently as we schedule new activities throughout the year. We invite your ideas and encourage your involvement in event planning.  Suggestions aimed at making the club better are always welcome!

The Schools Committee will continue its diligent work each year to interview candidates for admission, and attend college fairs and informational sessions to provide unique perspective to prospective applicants.  New members interested in becoming interviewers are always welcome as the numbers of applicants to the college in the area are always quite large.  The Club will continue to award the Book Prize to outstanding juniors at schools throughout the county, and relies on your support through members' generous donations.

The Harvard Club of Broward County is dependent on its members, both to ensure the continued vitality of the Club and because membership dues are essential for raising funds for our endeavors.  If you are already a member, we thank you. If you are not a member, please consider joining the Club and enjoying all of the benefits we have to offer.  It is also a great way to stay in touch with the University, reminisce about your time in Cambridge and connect with other local alumni. Our new and improved website will make joining or renewing your membership, signing up and paying for events and making suggestions easier than ever.  We look forward to hearing from you and, hopefully, seeing you at an upcoming club event.
