Drawing on decades of diplomatic experience, including his service representing the United States in Ukraine and across some of the world’s most complex regions, Ambassador Taylor will share his perspective on the evolving geopolitical landscape and the challenges shaping our world today.

About William B. Taylor, Jr.

bill-taylor-portrait-3x4-png-768x1024William B. Taylor, Jr. is a distinguished American diplomat, government official, and former United States Ambassador to Ukraine. He served as U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine from 2006 to 2009 and later served as Chargé d’Affaires at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv from 2019 to 2020.
 

Throughout his career, Ambassador Taylor has held senior diplomatic positions focused on Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Middle East. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and the Harvard Kennedy School, he is a veteran of the U.S. Army and recipient of the Bronze Star and Air Medal for valor.
 

Ambassador Taylor brings decades of experience in international affairs, diplomacy, and global security to conversations about the challenges facing the United States and the world today.
