Members of the Harvard Club of the Palm Beaches and their guests will have exclusive access to the long-awaited exhibit Our Body: The Universe Within* on opening night!  

OUR BODY: THE UNIVERSE WITHIN is a fascinating, artful and educational exhibit consisting of actual human bodies and organs.  This exhibit literally goes “under the skin," revealing the mysteries of the human anatomy. The bodies, specimens and organs have been preserved using a process known as polymer impregnation. OUR BODY: THE UNIVERSE WITHIN allows you the insight to the inside: giving one a true look at the inner workings of the extraordinary human body. As you enter the exhibit, you will have the opportunity to examine the human body as a whole. Continuing throughout the exhibit, you will journey through each of the body’s major systems allowing you to see firsthand how they function and relate to other systems. Don't miss your chance to see this internationally-known, blockbuster exhibit at the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium! 

Tickets include entrance to the exhibit, and buffet dinner, including soft drinks.   Cash bar available.

Tickets: $50 per adult, $25 per child (14-18 yrs), free for children 13 and under.  Current Harvard Club of the Broward County members will receive a $5 discount per ticket.

*The South Florida Science Center and Aquarium offers the following statements:

The exhibit displays forty (40) actual human specimens (and some fetuses) and offers an informative and intimate view into human anatomy.

  • The Exhibition provides an up-close look inside human skeletal, muscular, respiratory, and circulatory systems.
  • Authentic human specimens illustrate the damage caused to organs by over-eating and lack of exercise encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.
  • These actual human bodies have been meticulously dissected and preserved through an innovative process.
  • The bodies are respectfully presented, giving visitors the opportunity to view the beauty and complexity of their own organs and systems."


The Harvard Club of the Palm Beaches offers the following statement:

"Neither the national promoters of the 'Bodies' exhibit, nor the local host site for the exhibit, provide any specific guidance or advisory notice regarding the suitability of the exhibit for younger audiences.  Nor has the Club been informed or made aware of any concerns, directly or indirectly.  This said, we do wish to disclose that this exhibit includes a small number cadavers whose genitals are exposed."
