You’ve heard of the Human Genome Project but are you aware of how important its ramifications are to your physical health? Harvard Medical School graduate and medical oncologist Dr. James Stark will guide us through the history of genetic testing and its practical applications. He will answer questions such as: the difference between targeted gene analysis and whole genome sequencing; the value of whole genome sequencing in healthy people; the role of genetic testing in the prevention and early diagnosis of cancer. And finally: should you get tested?  By whom?
